This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with 2-4 years' planning experience to take the next step in their career. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use schemes, working alongside an experienced team of professionals.
The Role
Preparing, managing, and submitting planning applications and appeals

Supporting planning appraisals, research, and policy reviews
*
Drafting planning statements and reports to a high professional standard
*
Attending client meetings, site visits, and hearings where required
*
Collaborating with colleagues and clients to deliver successful outcomes
About You
RTPI accredited degree or postgraduate qualification in Town Planning or related discipline
*
2-4 years' experience in planning (public or private sector)
*
Strong communication and report writing skills
*
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
*
Working towards or already MRTPI chartership
