Technology Service Desk Administrator
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£24,832 per year (pro rata)

Temporary position for up to 6 months
We are looking for a Technology Service Desk Administrator
to join our Technology Service Desk
based at our Head Office in Worcester.
The team acts as a first line service desk for any technical support queries that our end users may have. We support a wide range of hardware and applications.
If you have a passion for giving high quality customer service whilst resolving queries this could be the role for you.
The role of Technology Service Desk Administrator will include:

-Speaking to our end users and dealing with straight forward queries such as password resets, permissions chases and data increases via phones and a chat function
-Being
responsible for onboarding new starters and ensuring their account is enabled on their start date and multi factor authentication has been setup
-Updating tickets within our call logging system
-Logging support tickets with third parties and chasing for updates and timescales
-Supporting Team Leaders with admin tasks such as chasing open tickets, working through reports and updating rotas
Skills and experiences:

-A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-A background in Customer Service would be preferred with phone experience
-Experience of working in an administrative role
and implementing processes
-An Ability to extract and interrogate data from computer systems
-An ability to easily adapt to tasks as required is essential
-Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work loads for self and others
