Your day-to-day responsibilities:
* Assisting in classrooms, providing support based on the teacher's lesson plans
* Working closely with students 1:1 and in small groups
* Supporting the emotional and educational development of students
* Helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Monitoring and reporting on student progress, under teacher guidance
