Key Responsibilities:

* Provide tailored support to students with diverse special educational needs, including managing challenging behaviour.
* Assist in classroom activities, ensuring a secure and positive learning environment.
* Offer personal care when needed, including feeding, toileting, and hygiene support.
* Implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) under the supervision of the classroom teacher.
* Foster a nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver comprehensive care and education.

What They Are Looking For:

* Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is a plus but not mandatory.
* Ability to handle and respond positively to challenging behaviour.
* Willingness to provide personal care as required.
* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to the school's location and off-site activities.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
